I'm so excited to have you here!
My name is Kat ( Katarzyna ) and I'm the owner of Mrs Peony.
I'm Energy Healer - Reiki Master, Sound Healing Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Shamanic Healing Practitioner and Breathwork Instructor.
That's just some of the labels we are so used to using, but I'm also a human just like you and have been on my own awakening/ healing journey since 2020.
The idea behind this podcast is to share with you my experiences, my inner wisdom and any knowlegde gained since.
The road of healing can be pretty lonely sometimes and podcasts were incredibly helpful to me - maybe this can be helpful to you too. I truly hope so!
