My name is Kat (Katarzyna). I am the woman behind Peony Libre — a space devoted to liberation, embodiment, and coming home to yourself. While I work with energy, sound, breath, and the body, this podcast is not about labels or fixing yourself. It is about remembering who you are beneath conditioning, control, and quiet survival.

Since my own awakening and healing journey began in 2020, I have walked through deep transformation — unraveling old identities, reconnecting with my body and voice, and learning to trust what lives beneath the surface. Peony Libre was born from that journey.

In this podcast, I share reflections, lived experience, inner wisdom, and teachings around embodiment, feminine liberation, nervous system awareness, shadow, desire, and becoming fully alive again. Some episodes will feel grounding, some provocative, some like a quiet permission to soften — others like a gentle but honest invitation to change.

The healing path can feel lonely. Podcasts supported me deeply when I needed guidance, resonance, and truth spoken out loud. This space exists so you don’t have to walk alone.

I am based in Shepshed, Leicestershire (UK) and offer in-person group work through Mrs Peony, as well as private, by-enquiry work through Peony Libre.
